To provide facilities to new york state certificated instructors to conduct hunting, atv, snowmobile, trapping and boating education courses. To actively educate the residents of new york state on all fishing, gaming and recreational laws. Engage in the conservation, restoration and management of natural resources, fish, game and other wildlife and its habitat.
