Park Timbers Swim & Tennis Club

Park Timbers Swim & Fitness Club provides fitness equipment, outdoor furniture, and capital improvements that assist Park Timbers Homeowners' Association in the operation of a family-oriented swim, tennis, pickleball, and fitness facility for over 100 families in and around the Park Timbers subdivision. Note that Park Timbers Homeowners' Association (PTHA) is a separate entity - EIN 72-0846182, an IRC 501(c)(4) organization that owns the building and land on which the facility operates. All dues and fees are paid directly to PTHA, which pays for all operating expenses.
