Maintained financing of two large adjoining houses in Berkeley California occupied by Cooperative Roots Project and a large third house in Oakland California occupied by Affordable Pink Housing. The projects composed of member-residents promote environmental research demonstration and education in the context of affordable community housing. Both projects have 501c3 status.

Maintained financing a resident controlled and managed property Oregon Park Senior Apartments. This 501c3 organization owns the 61 unit complex in Berkeley CA where its member predominantly African American seniors reside. Provided volunteer consulting on property management and organizational development approximately three hours per week.
