Mission
At the Parkville Living Center, where we make space for and celebrate the spirit of love in our community, we have created a community center that pairs community needs and resources, provide crisis interventions, and create original programming if and as gaps exist.
Programs
3 programs
The Parkville Living Center continues to develop our Arts and Crafts Fair as a community staple, keeping the focus on the gifts and talents of those in our community and how our local commerce helps to uplift a community.
The Parkville Living Center continues to grow with support from the Platte County Senior Fund and the Kansas City Digital Drive in technical curriculum as well as program delivery for Older Adults. Topics include device familiarization, basic internet, email, Google apps, AI, and more
Our established program of Break Time Community Dinners continues to be a resource for food, community, and a night to not worry about dinner. We provide family friendly activities, entertainment, food, and even cleanup, so all our visitors have to do is take a break.
