Parkway Alumni Association

Educators make a difference fund - this program was started by a group from the inaugural class of the hall of fame in honor of al burr and the excellence in education that he represents. The committee has gathered stories about staff members who made a significant difference in students' lives and developed programs that motivate and inspire great teachers. This also funds the albert awards and the teacher of the year awards

Scholarships - the parkway alumni association is providing donors the opportunity to create annual and endowed scholarships for students and teachers. With annual scholarships, funds are donated each year and presented to the recipient(s) that year. Endowed scholarships are established with a minimum of $20,000. The corpus is invested to yield earnings that provide the scholarship amount. Each year a 4% distribution is available from the earnings to fund the scholarship. The corpus of an endowed scholarship remains intact, thus maintaining the scholarship in perpetuity.
