Parole illinois aims to transform the perceptions, policies, and power relations that have maintained mass incarceration in our state by educating the illinois public and policymakers about the humanity of people with long sentences, training people with loved ones in prison in presenting their testimony, and helping incarcerated people to pursue research and share their views in public forums.
