Outreach Partnerships We join, co-develop, co-lead and participate in strategic partnerships and collaborations that support the development and launch of specific participatory budgeting processes in Oregon, primarily but not exclusively involving State and local governments. In FY23-24 included advocacy efforts to support the adoption of participatory budgeting and supporting organizations to craft participatory budgeting process proposals that address their mission and goals. We also worked with a variety of organizations and youth PB to develop the Community Budgeting for All campaign to put PB in the Portland Charter. We did a numerous small group and one-on-one briefings on participatory budgeting and the the Youth Voice Youth Vote Participatory Budgeting YV2 PB Project to community groups and leaders, government staff, and public officials. We also hosted or participated in a number of public events, trainings and workshops. These included a February 2024 Portland PB Summit attended by 80 participants.
