Partners For Better Housing

Partners ongoing real-estate development project, Homes at Willow Bend, conveniently located in the Walker Park neighborhood in Fayetteville, AR demonstrates a mixed-income urban community fostering a rich exchange of ideas, experiences, perspectives, and a sense of belonging. Lots within the neighborhood were rezoned from Residential Single Family (RSF-18) to Residential Intermediate (RI-U) to increase the originally proposed number of homes and diversify housing types. Sixteen (16) total single-family homes have been sold (15 market-rate);three(3)homes successfully inhabited by affordable homeowners through a partnership with Habitat for Humanity to support families below 80% AMI.
