Hospice is a concept of total support and care for patients who have been diagnosed with an illness that will result in a life expectancy of six months or less. Hospice's early intervention helps the patient and family live the remaining months as comfortable and prepared for the end of life as possible. Partners in home care provided 15,638 nursing, therapy, social worker, and home health aid visits over more than 27,000 patient days in the community and $31,050 in charity care.

Partners' solutions is a licensed home infusion therapy provider and enables people to receive infusion therapy safely and effectively at home. Various therapies are offered with in-home training and nursing services provided. Partners' solutions also has an on site pharmacy and delivers drugs and supplies. Partners' solutions provided approximately 43,369 therapy days to patients. Solutions had $3,354 in charity care during the year.
