Partners in housing development corporation was incorporated as an indiana not-for-profit corporation in november 1993. The mission is to provide affordable housing to the people who most need a stable place to live, while giving them support and a chance to reach their highest level of self-sufficiency. To meet these objectives, the corporation's activities include, but are not limited to, the acquisition, development, rehabilitation, and construction of real property for low income housing and to provide supportive services.
