Mission

Pca seeks to improve economic conditions of the poor and vulnerable in el salvador, guatemala, and honduras ("region"). Pca works to elevate the needs of the poor and disadvantaged in the region and generate the will and resources to achieve poverty reduction in the region. In order to achieve the above goals, pca helps identify opportunities for investment and for development projects in high-need geographies in the region and coordinate across government, non-profits, and private companies. In doing so, pca uses its network and in-house expertise regarding the needs of the poor in the region to ensure projects have maximum poverty reduction impact. Pca advocates with private companies in the u.s. And in the region to provide additional investment in areas that will result in benefits to the poor and vulnerable populations across the region.
