The mission of the partnership, inc. Is to ensure and enhance economic competitiveness by attracting, developing, retaining, and convening executives and professionals of color so that both individuals, and the companies they work for, reach their fullest potential. In doing so, the organization works with in dismantling the pillars of systemic racism and support those companies along their diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging journey.

Consulting we understand that an organization's only long-term advantage is its culture. Patents expire, technologies become obsolete, and customer tastes change. But corporate culture - the set of values that shape how people interact and collaborate - separates those organizations prepared to win the future. We work with organizations across all sectors to build resilience, innovation, adaptability, and culturally literate corporate cultures. For nearly 40 years, we have partnered with successful enterprises to meet their specific talent needs. We offer leadership development programs for talent at all levels of your organization, as well as consulting services to foster corporate cultures that support belonging and drive innovation in a global marketplace. Board service - our boardlink service connects organizations seeking board leadership with our network of alumni. Professional services 90+ executive council member companies. 11 jobboard companies (plus 22 premier sponsors); zero consulting engagements; and co-sponsored the dinner group conference, juneteenth coalition, naacp national convention. Partnering with united way and inp for the board's connection program.
