Supported employment: pfp's supported employment program offers creative employment solutions to recruiting, training and consulting concerns. The level of commitment pfp offers is unique, by offering job development, job coaching, and long-term follow along (ltfa). People are assisted with creating a resume/cover letter, networking with employers, completing job applications, and preparing for interviews. Pfp's certified job coaches support people in learning job tasks, communicating professionally with co-workers, and finding the best transportation and learning route to and from the job site. Ltfa is provided to assure people are maintaining job stabilization and the engagement of natural supports. 7 people chose to accept pfp's supported employment during the fiscal year.

Community based supports: pfp's community based supports offer support for people to participate meaningfully within their community. Available at home or within the community, people pursue volunteer opportunities and other community activities and build their daily living skills. Community-based supports are delivered one-on-one with a participant and include assistance with community-based activities and assistance to, as well as training and supervision of, people as they learn and perform the various tasks that are included in basic self-care, social skills, and activities of daily living. 12 people chose to accept pfp's community based supports during the fiscal year.
