Employment services - pcl's tapestry and job launch team offers community inclusion support and assists people with intellectual/developmental disabilities in finding and maintaining employment. Our services provided include; retention services, on the job support, job development, career exploration and advancement assistance. The final step in oregon's employment services spectrum, on the job attendant care (otjac), is designed to help people maintain long-term job success. Unlike job coaching, which focuses on learning job-specific tasks, life launch dsps ensure people receive ongoing support for other essential needs, such as communication, physical assistance, and personal care, enabling them to thrive in their chosen careers.

Brokerage - provides community living in-home support. Pcl's in-home services provide personalized, one-on-one support for people living in their own homes or with their families. Unlike comprehensive services, in-home services are tailored to meet specific needs and priorities defined by the person we support or their family. People choose the areas where they want assistance, and we work together to create a plan that focuses on their goals and ensures their voice guides every step.

Shared services and communtiy art center offers a space to the people we support to do employment/dsa activities.
