The corporation is organized under the not for profit corporation laws of the state of florida exclusively for secular, non-political, not for profit, charitable, cultural and educational purposes, to promote the welfare of and to help the local community, which not for profit is located within the state of florida, including, but not limited to, pasco county and to further promote fund raising activities and the solicitation of donations for the purpose of providing funds, services and support for the local community and those in need, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations described under section 501c3) of the internal revenue code, or correspondingsection of any future federal tax code.
