Historically, the mission of the organzation was to operate various physician practices in order to support the delivery of quality health care services in the toombs county and the surrounding areas and provide support for the programs and activities of meadows regional medical center, inc. (mrmc), a 501(c)(3) organization. The organization is in the process of liquidating and has not been operational since april 2021.
