Path With Art

Artremedy: training as a long-time leader in the field of arts in health, the path with art model is currently being sought out and recognized by communities nationally and internationally. In 2024, pwa launched artremedy, an evidence-based training initiative that helps educators, healthcare providers, and arts institutions use the arts to foster resilience, connection, and healing.

Artworks: advocacy at the societal level, path with art is leveraging its expertise to catalyze meaningful system's change by shifting how we approach health and well-being. Pwa is being called upon to add to the body of scientific research, educate others, and advocate for the role the arts can play in uplifting public health through the following initiatives. Path with art maintains an ongoing collaboration with the johns hopkins international arts and mind lab (iam lab) to examine the effects of pwa programs on mental health, self-efficacy, and social connectedness. Pwa is also spearheading convenings that bring cross-sector and national leaders together to support the integration of arts in health.
