Title iii-c2: home delivered meals are provided to individuals over 60 years of age who are either temporarily or permanently unable to manage meal preparation and access food. The nutritious home delivered meal service doubles as a wellbeing check. This is critical for individuals experiencing social isolation. During fy24, the organization delivered a combined 60,001 meals, hot and frozen. Additionally, the organization coordinated delivery of 13,069 special diet meals and 3,038 shelf stable meals.

Adult protective services: during fy24 the organization investigated 611 reports of abuse, neglect or exploitation of an older adult or an adult aged 18-59 years old with a disability. Case workers conduct investigations and work with in resolving the abuse, neglect, or financial exploitation situation

Various other programs for older adults, including in-home services, information, assistance and referrals and caregiver and caregiver respite services.
