Mission statement: pathway resource center's mission is to foster affordable housing, transportation services, provide training and resources to create opportunities that promote resident self-sufficiency while bridging the "digital divide and reducing welfare dependency and crime. The target population includes underserved, low-income residents (seniors, women, black males, at-risk youth and families) living within amber woods apartments and residents living on the far eastside of indianapolis and surrounding areas.vision statement: pathway is a caring transformational center of excellence that contributes to the workforce, family and economic development of the community.
