Providing education and encouragement to build healthy, thriving families. Pathways to Homes three service pathways includes early childhood home visitation, food pantries and community navigation services.

Pathways to Home operates four food pantries, including two emergency, one choice pantry and on client-based delivery pantry. Over 500 families are served monthly through the pantry initiative.
