The organizations mission is to develop and cultivate a wider public awareness of the need for recreation and leisure services for people with disabilities or special needs; engage in fund raising activities from public or private sources; and recruit volunteers to provide therapeutic recreation programs throughout the State of California,County of Sacramento, Department of Parks and Recreation and Open Space, Therapeutic Recreation Services.
