Review - Conducted a comprehensive review of 15 actionable clinical guidelines to ensure alignment with the most current evidence-based medical practices. This initiative supported ongoing quality improvement efforts and enhanced clinical decision-making tools across the program. As a result, key recommendations were updated to reflect the latest research, ultimately promoting improved patient outcomes and standardizing best practices to implement across healthcare systems.

Grand Rounds - Developed and launched a comprehensive Grand Rounds session series, consisting of 17 video-based modules focused on exploring critical and emerging patient safety issues. Each session featured multidisciplinary expert-led discussions to foster deeper understanding of complex healthcare topics. Fellows are actively engaged by presenting reflections on peer-reviewed articles and collaborating on group projects, promoting peer learning and interdisciplinary dialogue. This educational initiative enriched professional development of core patient safety curriculum for fellows throughout the world and is strengthening the programs reputation for cultivating an innovative, systems-based approach to healthcare quality and safety.
