Pause To Thrive

To care for the underserved and at risk population within our communities by providing opportunity and access to our retreats where they will learn self awareness, new behavioral skills through group problem solving. The participants will be educated to their disease state , as well as the impact of adding new health, wellness and spiritual strategies to their daily life. Patients will develop a new life plan which they will execute after the retreat with community support.
