Mission

To end the deaths of adoptable dogs and cats at the Putnam County Animal Control in Palatka, FL. We seek to accomplish this through grants and programs aimed at promoting spay and neuter initiatives and educating the public on the importance of such programs. We also seek to reduce the surrendering of pets through education, training and sharing of resources.
