Mission
In collaboration with partner agencies, PDX Diaper Bank provides diapers and diapering supplies to low-income families with young children, older adults, and individuals with disabilities living in Portland and the surrounding areas.
Programs

Community Partner Program: Nonprofit/government partner agencies submit monthly diaper requests to PDX Diaper Bank for their programs, diapering supplies are picked up by each agency, and diapering essentials are distributed to low-income families through a variety of social services programs.
DDDRP (Diaper Distribution Demonstration & Research Project): provides diapers and baby wipes to a network of Oregon-based Community Action Agencies.
Cloth Diapering Program: provides cloth diapers and related education to income-eligible families.
Emergent & Outreach Program: provides diapers on a short-term basis to partner agencies that support local communities identified by PDX Diaper Bank to have increased diaper need due to barriers to accessing essential services, as well as individuals experiencing unexpected hardships e.g. medical emergencies, fires, etc.
