Mission

Filipinos are awarded 4-year scholarships covering tuition, living expenses, all school-related fees, books, and other costs. PCAFPD covered about 130 scholars this year and purchased laptops for each scholar. All of our project-related expenses are for scholars. Total costs of organization include scholar costs and fundraising costs.
