Mission
Since 1998, Forest Animal Rescue has worked to safeguard wildlife and the natural spaces they depend on. Today, our focus is on protecting vital habitat used for the safe release of rehabilitated wild animals and on educating the public about how human activity affects wildlife and the environment. We also share our decades of experience in managing captive wildlife with accredited sanctuaries and rehabilitation centers nationwide, helping strengthen best practices in animal care and nonprofit operations across the country.
