The purpose for which the corporation exists is to foster the global exchange of ideas to deepen understanding across cultures, encourage the sharing of differing modes of artistic expression through theater, and support artists and stories that reflect and speak to our shared humanity, and to lawfully do any and all things necessary, suitable and proper for the accomplishment of this purpose.
