To provide for charitable, educational and scientific purposes primarily for nutritional research of peanuts and peanut products. This is accomplished by the making of distributions to orgainzations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the irs whose activities are realted to the stated purpose of the foundation.
