Mission
The primary purpose of the pdna is to make the pearl district a safer and moreenjoyable community by filling critical gaps in services and otheramenities. The pdna specifically focuses on security and crime prevention,trash management, advocating on behalf of our neighbors in zoning anddevelopment issues, graffiti and noise abatement, traffic improvements,emergency planning and preparedness, and the foot patrol walking group.the all-volunteer pdna is an oregon state corporation and is one of 95recognized neighborhood associations that operates under the auspices ofthe city of portland, office of community & civic life. Pdna is a 501(c)(3)nonprofit organization.
