The net income from the trust is to be used for the religious education, medical care, and clothing for such less fortunate, but deserving male youths of salina, kansas as may be selected by the young men's christian association of salina, kansas (ymca) board of directors and trustee. Their joint determination as to the use of said funds shall be final. The trustee shall turn over annually the net income to the ymca and it shall furnish the trustee with an annual accounting showing all disbursments of said funds.
