Job placement & retention: this program is responsible for providing follow-up support to persons who are terminated or who apply and are not hired at peckham, collecting and analyzing data on these individuals, coordinating m.r.s. Non-program placement referrals, working with our community employment team to assist interested peckham team members to find community placements, and reinstating our job club/job readiness classes for non-sponsored team members.
