The club works with over two hundred seventy coaches, umpires, referees, and community volunteers to provide a fun, safe, and healthy environment for players of all ages and experience levels. The club provides sporting equipment and supplies, and incurs other expenses from tryouts and various events. Additionally, the club pays impact fees to the city of pembroke pines to maintain a relationship with the local community.

The club has insurance coverage to protect players, coaches, umpires, referees, community volunteers, and board members in case of injury to the participants.
