The purposes of the penn state rugby alumni club, inc. Are to support the development of amateur rugby student-atheletes for national and international competition, and serve the membership by providing effective communications and worthwhile events. Our vision is to make penn state university a premier rugby university in the u.s.a by producing national championship-caliber teams and providing support, networks, and opportunities that will develop successful students into leaders of tomorrow - all within the administrative guidelines of psu's intercollegiate athletics, including close coordination with the office of the coordinator of team sports and the director of rugby.
