To improve the business conditions of the adult nightclub industry in the state of pennsylvania by identifying, monitoring and, where appropriate, influence, social, economic, legal and legislative developments that forster or hinder the well-being and growth of the adult nightclub industry and by educating the public about the adult nightclub industry.
