Mission of PNGA is to improve the lives of low-income immigrant communities in Pennsylvania especially Asian communities in Montgomery County through community empowerment, capacity building, civic engagement and advocacy while promoting cultural harmony. PNGA conducted various programs such as: 1) Sports for youth development -- Soccer tournament in March 2023 2) Series of COVID 19 education and awareness raising activities 3) COVID 19 VACCINE Community Clinics -- April 2023 4) Preventive Health and Nutrition education and Awareness Program 5) Community Needs Assessment (as part of the AAPI needs assessment program

Consultant Fees paid to Rajju Malla Dhakal for 55,000 for Grant Management,Community Programs and Institutional Management. She wrote and submitted ARPA Grant proposal; Liaised/coordinated with the donor; Revised grant proposal, budget and timeline according to the grant award (funded less than the request). Developed Program implement plan according to the revised grant award, and helped implement the program activities. Conducted community outreach to expand the membership base of PNGA. Recruited volunteers to support program implementation. Helped implement community cultural programs.Developed PNGA Bylaw and Conducted Board Development activities & Drafted and institutionalized roles of board members
