Mission
The mission of the washington county agricultural fair is to promote and advance the interests of agriculture, horticulture, homemaking subjects and arts, sciences, and all kindred arts; to promote 4-h club work and the ffa activities and other types of educational work; to create closer coordination between agriculture, business and industry in the area and to develop industrial and commercial participation in conjunction with the exhibits; and to do all such things as may be useful, necessary or convenient for the accomplishment of the foregoing objectives.

To unite agriculture, industry, education and recreation in a cooperative effect to synamically portray the resources and accomplishments of the washngton county area.
