Assisting families and individuals of delaware county in a collaborative effort by providing personal emergency assistance with dignity and respect in their time of need.

Food insecurity programs - we provide a number of programs to address food insecurity in delaware county. They include a drive-through pantry, commodity boxes for seniors, mobile markets, produce markets and a weekend backpack program for delaware city schools.
Holiday clearing house - families registered for our holiday clearing house receive new toys, coats and winter accessories for children under the age of 18, and the fixings for a holiday meal to prepare at home.
