The people who care project empowers communities through workforce development,education,and career training programs.our wise young builders program works exclusively with youth using math-based,hands-on projects to teach construction and trade skills.

Foreseeable futures provided a comprehensive workforce development program for a cohort of 40 students, equipping them with career training, hands-on job experience, and industry-recognized certifications such as osha and nccer. Through structured classroom instuction, on-the-job training, coaching, and external networking events, participants gained the skills and connections needed to pursue careers in the construction and property management industries. The program emphasized career placement, with a focus on apprenticeship opportunities and property management training, ensuring that students were prepared to enter the workforce with confidence and a clear pathway to success.
Toolfest,under the people who care project,introduces students to careers in construction, real estate, and property management through hands-on learning. This year, we served 200 high school students and partnered with 20 construction companies to showcase industry roles and trade skills. The program promotes career and technical education (cte) pathways while connecting students with professionals, tools, and oppotunities for future careers.
