To promote the development of productive work habits in adult persons with limited employment histories due to a range of employment barriers. These barriers can include: language, under-developed job skills, and other systemic and personal challenges. Our goal is to support these individuals with training and self-sufficiency through our program by providing training, employment, and supportive services.
