The corporation is organized and shall be operated exclusively for educational and charitable purposes as defined in section 501c(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, by operating for the exclusive benefit of Permian Basin Women's Resource Center. The Center provides prevention education programs at no charge in schools throughout the Permian Basin, an intervention program to clients facing unplanned pregancies and a restoration program to help restore lives affected by unplanned pregancies.
