This corporation is formed as a non-profit entity the primary purpose of which is to benefit bands of perry local schools of stark county, ohio. Proceeds generated will be used for the participants in the band program, including, but not limited to purchase of instruments and uniforms and to pay expenses associated with competition and travel thereto.
