Mission
To create and implement a comprehensive outcome focused plan to enrich the lives of children and their families in person county, north carolina, through high-quality early childhood education, health care and related services.
Programs

Child care and education quality-child care resource and referreal provided child care referrals and parent educational informational articles tp parents. 56 providers from 28 childcare factilites participated in the trainings. The initiatives for quality provided professional development supplements to childcare providers to increase compensation based on educational achievement and continuity of service. 47 providers received 80 supplements (across fall and spring) and 14 providers received 16 educational reimbursements.
Children and adult care food program-administered and funded through the us department of agriculture, food nutrition services, this program ensures that eligible children and adults who attend qualifying residential and non-residential care facilities, receive nutritious meals. 120 children were served.
