The objective of Personal Guidance 30 INC. (PG30) is to provide team-minded wellness guidance to athletes of any level facing mental health struggles and personal growth challenges. PG30 aims to address and break barriers to access including stigma and availability of resources. We hope to address and improve mental and physical health through educational opportunities, supportive processing groups, open space for recreation and discussion, and connection to additional relevant resources and opportunities.
