To produce a "pet" which is a three wheel, hand pedaled wheelchair that can go where other wheelchairs can't go. Pet is an acronym for personal energy transportation. To provide a free gift of mobility in the form of adult or a small size pet for people living in poverty in economically developing societies who have lost the use of their legs to land mines, disease or accidents and who live in areas where a normal wheelchair cannot function. The organization assembles pets using volunteer labor. For the fiscal year ending june 30, 2024, the organization received approximately 12,670 hours of volunteer services from appoximatelty 150 volunteers.
