The organization will provide 1) educational and training resources, 2) professional coaching, and 3) personal development and counseling services and 4) trauma and crisis intervention for international professionals in the peacebuilding field, that is, to individuals across various vocations and professions in varying arenas of humitarian aid, international development and global conflict resolution. 100% of the organization's time and resources will be devoted to this activity. Individuals served will be adults aged 18 and older from multiple nations throughout Asia, Africa, Australia, Europe, the Middle East, North America and South America. Coaching, educational and counseling services will be provided by a staff of qualified and credentialed professionals from both American and non-American backgrounds.
