Pflag Oakland East Bay

The purpose of the chapter shall be to support the mission of PFLAG National, which is to create a caring, just, and affirming world for LGBTQ+ people and those who love them. The chapter shall not engage in any activity that jeopardizes the tax-exempt status of PFLAG National under Internal Revenue Code section 501(c)3, including funding, endorsing, or contributing to the election campaign of any candidate for public office.
