Phase 3 Training Corporation equips underserved individualsespecially opportunity youth and returning citizenswith the skills, credentials, and support needed to enter high-demand fields like construction, electrical, and alternative energy. Through hands-on training and wraparound services, we promote economic mobility and workforce inclusion.

Summer Boost is a six-week paid internship program for youth ages 1624 that introduces participants to careers in the building trades. The program includes credential-based training, mentoring, and real-world job exposure. Designed to increase readiness for apprenticeships and employment, Summer Boost targets underserved youth and incorporates supportive services such as transportation, stipends, and career counseling.
