The organization helps the over 40 population find quality employment opportunities by providing educational, employment, and networking resources and services. Through a variety of events,programs, and partnerships with companies and organizations, phase2careers a) assists companies in overcoming future talent shortages by encouraging the hiring of experienced personnel as an essential human resources strategy, and b)matches employers with older workers. Phase2careers offers focused activities for over 40 workers who are seeking jobs, in transition, or changing careers, as well as assisting employers undergoing workforce changes.
