To inform and educate the public of the role of women in the construction industry by disseminating information about the activities of women in the municipal, government and private sector and to instruct the public on the benefits of hiring women. To stimulate the adoption and enforcement of laws to aid women in seeking or improving their careers in the construction industry. To educate, train, aid and assist women interested in obtaining employment and/or seeking careers in the construction industry
